BestBuy and the One Way Policy ?!
I went to BestBuy and knew exactly what I wanted. I entered the store went right to the computer department to get an advertised Netbook. It wasn't crowded at all, yet I waited 15 minutes for a sales person.
I went straight to the register pointed on the product and said this is what I would like to purchase. He said I have to go to the computer department. I asked you can't check for availability and possibly get it for me?
He said he can't do that and brought me over to the computer department. I said I was waiting here already for 15 minutes. He didn't seem to care at all and said he will call one over the intercom. I didn't hear anything over the intercom and I waited 5 more minutes. I realized this is some bad service and left. BestBuy really disappointed me with this class act of bad customer service. As I walked out the guy at the register looked at me like nothing is wrong. Got to do something BestBuy! Bye, BestBuy ...
